  • 60g salt
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
  • 2 star anise seeds
  • 4 small green chillies, finely chopped
  • 125g light musocovado sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
